  3. Vertragsschluss: Die Darstellung der Produkte im Online-Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung dar.
  4. Preise und Versandkosten: Die angegebenen Preise enthalten keine Umsatzsteuer gemäß § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung). Versandkosten werden zusätzlich berechnet.
  5. Lieferung: Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb Deutschlands und der EU.
  6. Zahlung: Die Zahlung erfolgt per Überweisung auf das angegebene Konto.
  7. Eigentumsvorbehalt: Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
  8. Gewährleistung: Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte.

  4. Prices and Shipping Costs: The prices listed do not include VAT according to § 19 UStG (small business regulation). Shipping costs are charged additionally.
  5. Delivery: Delivery is made within Germany and the EU.
